Lead notifications going to SPAM? Below are the steps to whitelist those notification emails so they will go directly to your inbox.
Log into your Gmail account
Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your email account.
Click on the "filters" tab.
Click on the "create a new filter" link in the drop down.
Add the email of the lead sender (copy and paste from the email that went to spam) and click create this search in the bottom right of the box.
Then check "never send to spam" and click create filter.
That's it, you're finished. Lead will now be sent directly to your inbox.
Log into your Outlook account
Open the email that was sent to your junk file
Hover over the senders name to bring up an information box
In the top right corner of this box click on the 3 dot icon
Click "add to contacts"
Your notifications will now be sent directly to your inbox.
