To enable the text message feature (to be able to text your contacts from the booj CRM) or select a phone number you want to be assigned for your text messages, please follow the step by step video below (no sound):
Here are the written step-by-step instructions
- Log into booj via MAX/Center
- Select the profile icon in the upper right hand corner
- Select Settings
- Select Inbox on the far left sidebar
- Select Text Messaging
Remember, the system cannot send text messages from your mobile phone number, so you must have an assigned number through the booj system to be able to text through the mobile system. Any responses received from your clients will transfer to your primary phone number.
