Lead routing rules for leads generated from remax.com is established by RE/MAX, LLC.
When a lead is generated from remax.com, the first thing the booj system does is determine if the consumer has selected a PBA (Preferred Buyers Agent). A consumer can select an agent as their PBA by downloading the agent's RE/MAX Mobile Branded App, or selecting you as their agent when creating a new user account on remax.com, or by signing into their existing remax.com account, selecting 'Account' in the upper right hand corner, selecting 'My Agents', and searching for the agent the client wants to work with.
If the consumer does not have a PBA selected, then the system will identify if the consumer has an assigned agent. An assigned agent means the client has been affiliated with an agent through remax.com (since launching booj) or through their booj agent website, but has not yet selected the agent to be their PBA.
If the consumer does not have a PBA selected and does not have an 'assigned' status, then the system will identify if the lead was generated on a RE/MAX listing. If it was generated on a RE/MAX listing, then the lead will be sent to the listing agent, as long as the listing agent has setup their booj account.
If the lead does not meet the criteria above, then the system will identify the lead as a zip code lead and determine the agents who are eligible to receive leads in that zip code, and which agent hasn't received a lead in the longest amount of time.
Here are a couple of scenarios showing the above hierarchy:
- If I download RE/MAX agent John Smith's RE/MAX Branded Mobile App, then John will be my PBA. If I submit a lead on a listing on remax.com, then John will receive my lead inquiry because he is my PBA.
- If I go to RE/MAX agent John Smith's agent website and submit a lead, then the booj system will recognize John as being my assigned agent. If I later submit a lead on remax.com, then the system will identify John as my assigned agent and he will receive that lead notification.
- If I am a new user and I submit a lead on remax.com on RE/MAX agent John Smith's listing on remax.com, then John will receive that listing lead.
- If I am a new user on remax.com and I submit a lead on a non-RE/MAX listing, then the system is going to identify which agents have selected that zip code in their booj account, and which agent is next in the round robin rotation to receive that lead.
