With the transition to the booj platform, lead routing is changing just a bit.
Below is an overview of the lead hierarchy for leads generated on remax.com:
- Preferred Buyers Agent (PBA): if a consumer has selected you as their Preferred Buyers Agent then you will receive all leads generated on remax.com from that consumer. To be selected as a PBA, the consumer will need to search for your profile on remax.com or on the mobile app, and select the blue 'Work with Me' button. You will then be identified as the PBA for that consumer.
- Assigned Agent: if a consumer has not selected a PBA, but has an existing relationship through booj with an agent, then the agent will be identified as an assigned agent. An example would be, if a new consumer generates a lead from your agent profile on remax.com, then that agent will be identified as the assigned agent until the consumer chooses the agent as their PBA (by searching for the agent on remax.com or on the mobile app and selecting the blue 'Work with Me' button on the agent's profile). If the consumer later generates a lead on remax.com (without having selected a PBA), then the assigned agent will continue to receive notifications for that consumer.
- Listing Agent: if the consumer generates a lead on a RE/MAX listing on remax.com, but the consumer has not selected a PBA and does not have an Assigned Agent, then the listing agent will receive that lead.
- Local Exert: a fancy word for a zip code lead.
