Have you accepted a new lead, but are having a hard time finding it in your LeadStreet account? Here are a couple of search options that will help you find that lead:
Option 1 is to search by the lead's e-mail address. This can be done by doing the following:
- Log into Launchpad (launchpad.remax.com)
- Select the blue 'App Store' button at the bottom of the MyTools widget (the first widget on your Launchpad dashboard)
- Select the LeadStreet tile
- Select the menu icon in the upper left hand corner
- Select Leads & Contacts from the menu
- Select Contact Manager from the sub-menu
- Select the 'Search' icon (to the right of the red 'Add New' button)
- Enter the lead's e-mail address in the 'Email' field
- Select the red magnifying glass icon to complete your search
The second option is to sort all of your contacts by 'Add Date'. This can be done by doing the following:
- Access LeadStreet via Launchpad
- Select the menu icon in the upper left hand corner
- Select Leads & Contacts from the menu
- Select Contact Manager from the sub-menu
- Select the 'Sort' icon (to the right of the red 'Add New' button)
- Select 'Add Date'
- Your contacts will then be sorted to display by the most recent add date
