If you are not finding your MAX/Center profile when searching under the 'Find An Affiliate/Office' section of MAX/Center, it may be due to the filter toggles that are, by default, set to 'On'.
Because the filter toggles are, by default, set to 'On', the search results will only display agents who have:
- An agent photo uploaded
- Are identified as 'Licensed'
- Have entered their Service Areas
To ensure your profile is on MAX/Center, please toggle all three switches to 'No' and search for your profile. Once you have found your profile, you will be able to see if you have uploaded a photo, entered your license year, and selected your service areas.
If you need to update your MAX/Center profile, please go back to your MAX/Center home page and select the 'My Account' tile. You will also want to update your profile in Launchpad to ensure the information matches across all of the RE/MAX platforms. You can access Launchpad by selecting the 'Update Profile' tile in MAX/Center, or by going to launchpad.remax.com and selecting the menu icon in the upper right hand corner.
