Notice outdated information displaying on your remax.ca agent profile? You can update that yourself quickly and easily.
You can update the agent profile information that displays on remax.ca by setting up your LeadStreet account and updating the profile information in Launchpad.
All personal contact information in LeadStreet is pulled over from your Launchpad profile, easy right? To update your information, please do the following:
1. Log into your Launchpad account
2. Select the menu icon in the upper right hand corner
3. Select Update Profile
4. Make any necessary changes
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the 'Request Changes' button
It will take 24 hours for the information to update to the agent's LeadStreet account and remax.ca.
If you have not completed your LeadStreet account setup you will need to do this. remax.ca pulls your listing and agent information directly from LeadStreet. Your profile and your listings will not display properly on remax.ca until your LeadStreet account has been setup.
