If a consumer has downloaded the RE/MAX Mobile App and favorited an agent, or downloaded an agent branded version of the RE/MAX Mobile App, the consumer will always see that favorited agent on their mobile app. If the consumer no longer wants to work with the previously favorited agent and has a new RE/MAX agent they want to work with, the consumer will need to delete the RE/MAX Mobile App from their mobile device and re-install the app. Once the consumer has re-installed the RE/MAX Mobile App, they will be able to enter the agent key for the RE/MAX agent they now want to work with.
