Agents who have completed their LeadStreet profiles and have opted to be displayed on homes.com through their LeadStreet account, may receive a lead notification for a 'Phone Lead' generated from homes.com.
When a consumer is looking at a listing on homes.com, there is a section that says, "Have a question about this home?" with the listing agent's phone number. When the consumer taps the agent's phone number and calls them, a Phone Lead is generated. There is a call tracking system in place that sends a Phone Lead email to the agent. If the agent doesn't answer the phone, the call is forwarded to their voicemail. If you do not receive the voicemail, that means the consumer did not leave a message.
