We have found a few examples of office addresses not being updated in agents Design Center profiles. This results in the incorrect office address displaying on marketing material created in Design Center.
If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the below steps:
1. Log into Launchpad (launchpad.remax.com)
2. Select the blue 'App Store' button at the bottom of the MyTools widget (the first widget on your Launchpad dashboard)
3. Select the Design Center tile
4. Select the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner next to your name
5. Select 'Business Info'
6. Edit the address information that is displayed
7. Select the red 'Save' button in the lower right hand corner
