Offices can add files under the Resources tile in Launchpad for their agents to be able to access.
To add resources that will be available for all agents in your offices to view, you would want to do the following:
1. Log into Launchpad
2. Select the blue 'App Store' button at the bottom of the MyTools widget (the first widget in your Launchpad dashboard)
3. Select the Resources tile
4. The first drop down is 'Category'. Select the category that you want to upload the resource under
5. The second drop down is 'Role'. Select 'Agents'.
6. The third drop down is 'Type'. Select the type of file that you want to upload.
7. Select the file to upload
The resource will then be available to all agents in your offices.
