If you are not receiving the Design Center Automated Packages when you enter a new listing, you will want to first confirm what e-mail address those automated packages are being sent to.
Unfortunately, updating your RE/MAX profile via Launchpad does not feed to Design Center. Your Design Center profile has to be updated separately.
To verify and update the e-mail address that your Design Center automated packages are sen, please doing the following:
1. Log into Launchpad
2. Select the blue 'App Store' button at the bottom of the MyTools widget (the first widget on your Launchpad dashboard)
3. Select the Design Center tile
4. Select the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner next to your photo
5. Select Profile
6. Update your e-mail address
7. Select the red 'Save' button at the bottom of the page
If your e-mail address is correct and you still are not receiving the automated packages, please reach out to our Support Team so that we can investigate.
