Unfortunately with the launch of the new MAX/Center some agents are experiencing the following challenges:
- Error message when creating password
- Error message when trying to login after creating new password
- Blank page loading after logging into MAX/Center

MAX/Center is owned by RE/MAX, LLC, so our RE/MAX INTEGRA Support Team is only able to provide limited assistance with the MAX/Center platform. To report issues with your MAX/Center login and to ensure you are able to gain access to MAX/Center as quickly as possible, please call eCare (RE/MAX, LLC's Support Team) at 1-888-398-7171.
