New agents will receive a Mainstreet registration e-mail the day after their Membership Profile is submitted by their office and approved by the Regional Operations Team.
The e-mail will come from eCare@remax.net with the subject line, "Activate your RE/MAX Membership".
If the email does not appear in the agent's inbox, new members should check their Junk and Spam folders.
If the email is not received, or if it should be sent to a different email address, please e-mail email@example.com to have it re-sent.
Within 2-4 hours of registering for Mainstreet, new members will be granted access to MAX/Center and can log in using their newly created @remax.net email address and password.
