Agents who have missed three consecutive leads will be automatically opted out of being eligible to receive leads from remax.com. Declining a lead does not count as a missed lead. Offices have the option to allow agents to opt back into receiving leads through their LeadStreet account.
For an agent to opt themselves back into being eligible to receive leads from remax.com, they will want to do the following:
1. Access LeadStreet via Launchpad
2. Select the menu icon in the upper left hand corner
3. Select Your Profile
4. Select About You
5. Select 'Lead Acceptance'
6. Toggle the switch for 'RE/MAX Channels' to 'YES'. Changes will automatically be saved.
