The chat option will only be available on your listings if you have registered for the Ask RE/MAX app. If you have not registered for the Ask RE/MAX app, the chat option will not be available on any listings where you are identified as the primary listing agent.
Any chats generated from your listing will only be sent to you. If you are a co-listing agent, the chat will only be sent to the primary listing agent.
Non-RE/MAX listings on remax.ca (such as Royal LePage listings on remax.ca) will have the chat option. Any chat generated from these listings will be sent to 10 agents within a 3km radius. The first agent to accept the chat notification via the app will be able to chat with that consumer. The chat notification would then appear as a 'missed chat' in the other nine agent's Ask RE/MAX app.
