In order for commercial listings to be published on and commercial section agents will have to create their own LoopNet account, and affiliate themselves with the office they belong to. Loopnet offers two levels of membership: Free and Premium. A free membership will allow you to display your listings on LoopNet and A premium membership will allow you to market your listings on the industry's most heavily trafficked commercial real estate website and gain access to an unparalleled suite of marketing tools, as well as make your listings viewable by all LoopNet searchers, publish on the Wall Street Journal Online and give exposure on Google, Yahoo! and Bing.

To create a LoopNet account, please go to and fill out the short registration form. This will create their LoopNet account. Once they have logged in, they will want to select the 'My Account' link in the upper right hand corner. Under 'Company Information' they will want to enter their office name so that their listings will associate properly. If the office name is not entered properly then the listings will not associate properly and will not display on the RE/MAX sites.
