Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure your e-mails are not being flagged by your e-mail provider as spam.
Also, verify that your forwarding email address is correct in Mainstreet. To update your forwarding email address in Mainstreet please complete the following steps:
- Log into Launchpad
- Select 'Control Panel'
- Select 'Profile'
- Select the 'Edit Profile' tab at the top of the page
- Scroll down to the 'Email' field. This field must have your forwarding e-mail address, NOT your remax.net e-mail address.
