Not Receiving Forwarded Emails From my remax.net Email

Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure your e-mails are not being flagged by your e-mail provider as spam.

Also, verify that your forwarding email address is correct in Mainstreet. To update your forwarding email address in Mainstreet please complete the following steps:

  1.  Log into Launchpad
  2. Select 'Control Panel'
  3. Select 'Profile'
  4. Select the 'Edit Profile' tab at the top of the page
  5. Scroll down to the 'Email' field.  This field must have your forwarding e-mail address, NOT your remax.net e-mail address.
