Trademark Guidelines for Google Adwords

Google monitors the use of trademark terms in the ad text. You can request the trademark owner (LLC) to fill out the authorization form for you.
Google will then whitelist your AdWords account for the term 'Remax'. Note, this will allow the term to be used in the display text only, however, it cannot be used to target the keyword remax. In fact, no ads appear when the term 'remax' is used as a search keyword, so it cannot be targeted by any business.  Due to non-disclosure we are not certain if this is a rule imposed by remax or google.

The trademark policy as well as link to the online authorization form is available in the helpcenter:

You can contact the legal department at RE/MAX LLC to authorize your account.
